Whitney shares the logistical challenges and thrilling encounters from his attempted trek on the Idaho Wilderness Trail, an endeavor that he had to abandon due to forest fires and extreme conditions. Despite having to bail on the hike, Whitney retains his adventurous spirit and hopes to complete the trail at a later date. The episode also provides some practical advice for hiking in Europe, such as using decathlon stores for budget-friendly gear.
