Clay currently works with several partners, including NACAC, IB, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Cialfo, Northeastern University, among others. Clay previously led international higher education engagement for the College Board, and was awarded the annual Distinguished Service Award by International-ACAC in 2013. Clay has also taught at the secondary and the tertiary-level.
