Show Notes

As Hippocrates said “All disease begins in the gut.” So many of us have been exposed to antibiotics, birth control and other medications, inflammatory food, environmental toxins and chronic stress over our lifetimes. All of these stressors can lead to poor gut health and even “leaky gut”, which occurs when the lining of the gut becomes permeable.

In this episode, I’ll explain what gut health is, why you should even care about it, and I’ll walk you through the gut-healing process step-by-step.

Whether you have digestive symptoms like constipation, diarrhoea or bloating, have been diagnosed with IBS, or even if you have any seemingly unrelated symptoms like fatigue, eczema or brain fog, this episode is for you!
