He talks how he uses his experience to train up-and-coming broadcasters as an instructor at the Defense Information School in Ft. Meade, MD.He talks about the importance of finding good mentors and being open to new ideas and experiences. Nicholas talks about building joint service teams in combat zones and about emulating people you admire.
