It isn't easy in a world we live in when you have so many moving parts that influence us to try and gain control over things we can't, which leads to taking focus off controlling what we can – ourselves. Investing in yourself mentally and physically is the best way to influence anything else outside of your life that you care about, and you initiate this by asking quality questions of yourself on what you can do to change and following it up with action.
