The U.S. Senate is voting on a resolution that would require President Trump to get congressional approval before launching further military action in the Middle East, as U.S. Central Command announces that the U.S. has struck more than 20 Iranian ships. NBC News Capitol Hill Correspondent Julie Tsirkin joins to break down the reaction from Congress. Then, we hear from Foreign Correspondent Molly Hunter, who has been covering a strike on an elementary school that Iranian state media says killed at least 168 civilians, mostly children.
