We return in Episode with Part 2 of our discussion with Max's lifelong friend, David Brown. The first show we discuss is Dream Theater at the Roxy in OKC for only $15. Danzig returns to OKC at the Roxy, Max's offer to Glen still stands, opening for Danzig was Type O Negative. Episode 14 reveals the end of doing shows at the Roxy, pivoting last minute & moving a Helmet show to the Kitchens Building, now known as the Centennial Building at the State Fair Grounds in Oklahoma City. We discuss legendary shows put on by various promoters including, DCF Concerts, Mindcandy Productions, & Little Wing Productions. Max also recalls taking Tom Petty & Mike Campbell record shopping at Choice Music in the middle of the night.
