She specializes in working with the bidirectional communication between mind and body; also known as trauma healing. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, certified through The Trauma Institute.
Her dissertation, "What Mother Knows: A Depth Psychological Study of the American Circumcision Decision," lends the hearts and voices of mothers to the most controversial surgery taking place in America.
