Dawn Lester is the co-author of the 2019 release “What Really Makes You Ill.”
The events of 2020 and beyond have inspired her to look deeper into the meaning of life and the nature of our experiences.
Her ongoing journey of self-discovery has inevitably led to the re-examination of some of the more difficult experiences of her own life, including her cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Through studying modalities, such as IFS, she has been able to gain valuable insights and view those painful past experiences in a different light.
