The early church shattered cultural norms by selling possessions and property to support one another. They not only had all things in common, but they put their profits into a community pot and the church thrived. Is this an example of why some say Jesus would support socialism? Laura Z Powell is on the show to crtique the claim that Jesus was a socialist. She gives biblical examples to refute this claim and she talks about what socialism is and why it leads to communism.
