Ben explains the game and how it illustrates the importance of observing, orienting, deciding and acting. Ben brings up that the OODA Loop has connections to fighter pilots and taking a moment to orient ourselves. Ben expresses that "just doing something" isn't always the best response and we need to "be still" sometimes.
