The Suicide Prevention hotline is 988. Ben shares that suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among teenagers and is more than all the natural causes of death among teens as well. Ben goes on to share the signs that someone is struggling and contemplating suicide. How to handle a situation where someone is contemplating ending their lives. Ben shares the acronym "PLAID PALS" to help identify someone who may be at risk.
