In this episode of the Hello Sport Podcast we interview Ben Seymour. Ben is a former professional Rugby Union player turned health advocate. Benny played for multiple teams around the globe and against some of the real big dick swingers in world rugby. He's learnt and since forgotten, how to speak more languages than you'd even know. He also details the events that lead to his early retirement from Rugby as well as the struggle of navigating a career transition at a young age. Now with a flourishing health advocacy business and a buttload of Instagram followers we find out how Ben has managed his career pivot as well as who's sliding into his DM's.
