It's our 50th episode, what a wild ride it's been. Speaking of wild rides, our featured heist is one that people have been requesting since we began. The Great Train Robbery of 1963. January 13, 2006. Five men walk into the Banco Rio in Argentina. Two wore hoods, one wore a doctor's uniform, one wore a grey suit and the last one wore a wig and referred to themself as "Susanna." This is the Banco Rio Heist and it might be one of the craziest, best heists we have ever covered. For real this one is one of the rare occasions it actually does seem that it's right out of a hollywood blockbuster. In Heist news we have a happy update on the shark heist a few weeks ago. January 24th 1995, Dublin. A gang of up-and-coming heisters pulled off a cash-in-transit heist that went down as one of the largest cash robberies in Irish history. It's got 4x4's. It's got a monk. It's got the Irish army. It's another action packed heist sent in by one of our listeners.
