On the 20th of April 1985, a tragedy would fall upon 2 expat residents of Hong Kong; where they would be found severely beaten, sexually assaulted, and even mutilated. But perhaps what was even more shocking, was that the investigation led police to a group of young gangsters, the youngest being only 16 years old.
