In March of 2002, a seventeen year old girl bursts into a police station in Kitakyushu, Japan, to make a startling report. She tells the authorities about a man, an apartment, and about the people who were brought inside but never made it out alive. It all unraveled from a seemingly minor altercation in November 2018.
