Tributes have flowed for the Maori King on his death, including from King Charles.
Kīngi Tuheitia died peacefully this morning after he had been in hospital recovering from heart surgery.
Political Commentator, Shane Te Pou, told Heather du Plessis-Allan the Tainui waka council, and Maori leaders around Aotearoa, will decide who takes on the Te Kiingi's mantle.
