Multiple investigations are currently underway following yesterday's deadly military aircraft crash in Darwin.
Three US marines were killed and another five were hospitalised after the MV-22B Osprey crashed on the Tiwi Islands during a military exercise.
Australian correspondent Oliver Peterson says this vehicle has been involved in three crashes over the last 18 months- and engineering failure may be a common factor.
