Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has slammed the IDF's explanation following a deadly airstrike that killed 7, including an Australian aid worker.
Albanese said Israel's defence - that the World Central Kitchen aid convoy was misidentified - wasn't 'good enough'.
Australian correspondent Murray Olds says Albanese has since called for a full inquiry into the matter.
