New Zealand's economy is in the green and our technical recession is officially over.
Stats NZ says the GDP rose 0.9 percent in the June quarter and 3.2 percent for the year to June.
It also revised the figure for the March 2023 quarter to 0 percent - up from a 0.1 percent drop.
NZ Herald business editor at large Liam Dann says households are still feeling high interest rates rampant inflation- and economists warn the worst is yet to come.
