Joanna Lohman is a leadership coach and youth sport innovator who elevates performance through authenticity and resilience. She is the author of, "Raising Tomorrow's Champions" and a keynote speaker for leading organizations. She is a former professional soccer player, member of the United States Women's National Team, and the first player in Washington Spirit history to have her jersey retired. During her 16-year professional career, she built a platform for social impact. She continues her influence as a performance coach, human rights activist, and Sport Diplomat.
