Although known as a celebrity chef on Instagram (@chefserenapoon), Serena Poon discovered Reiki therapy when healing from her own illness and then trained as a Reiki Master. Reiki is part of the family of energy therapies that includes acupuncture and massage and has been evaluated in hundreds of research trials. Dr. Kahn discusses with Serena how Reiki works, what conditions are ideal (stress, anxiety, and poor sleep as the top 3), and what the science says about it.
