If you have something that is nagging at you, constantly frustrating you, or that you are struggling with, I want you to evaluate what it is, and if it is really true and realistic. Letting go of what is not ours to control is important for our health and relationships. Often, we need to lower our expectations for our relationships, connections, and peace of mind. We aren’t supposed to control it all. Learn how to let it go. Joy comes from the simplest of things. Stop overthinking and overcomplicating it.
