Angela Chapman, founder of Age On Purpose, is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and a ReCODE 2.0-certified practitioner dedicated to helping others with the prevention, reversal or better management of Mild Cognitive Impairment and early Alzheimer's disease.
