心理學上的鄰近效應（Propinquity Effect），又稱接觸效應或近鄰效應，是指地理上或社會上距離越近的人，越容易建立關係、增加好感與親密度，這源於更頻繁的接觸、了解和共同經驗。這也是為什麼「遠親不如近鄰」的原因，透過增加物理和社交上的靠近，能促進人際吸引和關係發展。
