Show Notes
In this episode, we are talking about having the right mindset when it comes to fitness and health. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have noticed two kinds of people who come to the gym. One group froze their membership and stopped where they were, while the second group didn’t want to lose the progress they had gained. They wanted to continue with their fitness journey and get through the crisis.
Those people who have an all or nothing mindset did not want to explore other ways to continue with their fitness journey. The other group explored other ways to continue with their fitness such as online classes with a coach. Completely stopping means losing all the progress you have made, and makes it harder to get started again.
Working with a coach is very important for accountability. Coaches are essential in guiding people through and this couldn’t be clearer than right now in times of a crisis. The likelihood of succeeding in your fitness journey without a coach is minimal. So even when working out at home, a coach remains essential.
