Building a strong body and sharp mind is important especially as you age. According to the CDC, seniors should aim for at least 2 ½ hours a week of moderate aerobic activity (walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga) and two days of muscle strengthening activities. This doesn’t have to happen overnight! Dr. Mona Lisa shares some strategies to develop a sharp mind and strong body at any age. Listen is as she takes questions from the podcast audience.
