Can eating specific foods or following a particular diet help prevent or delay dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease? There is a lot of research now that suggests what we eat affects the aging brain's ability to think and remember. Currently. more studies are being done to see if things like The Mediterranean Diet or other healthy eating patterns can make a difference. Dr. Mona Lisa shares her views on how to eat better to have a sharp mind for your whole life. Dr. Mona Lisa also answers caller questions and gives medical intuitive readings.
