Latino Outdoors With Bryan Rodriguez and Juan Munoz, Volunteer Program Coordinators

Latino Outdoors is a National Volunteer Organization that inspires, connects and engages Latino communities in the outdoors and embraces cultura y familia as part of the outdoor narrative. Being outdoors can improve memory, fight depression, improve blood pressure and boost mental health. Listen to Bryan and Juan talk about their volunteer roles and their thoughts on the benefits to get familias involved in outside and physical activities. Due to Covid 19 many of the Latino Outdoors group activities are suspended, but volunteers are doing many activities virtually. Check out their website latinooutdoors.org for small group and virtual activities.
