Dr. Sandra R. Hernandez was raised in rural and border communities in the Southwest. She is a nationally renowned thought leader in the health care field for over three decades. She was a frontline health care provider during the HIV/AIDS Epidemic, and developed and led multiple health care access programs for the most vulnerable communities in Bay Area. As a National Health Care Leader she has provided voice and health advocacy for All.
