Dr. Fasiha Kanwal, Chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Baylor College of Medicine, has assisted in developing a new clinical care pathway for PCPs to easily identify and manage patients at risk of NASH. Dr. Kanwal is on a mission to raise awareness and improve understanding among physicians. She wants physicians to understand the importance of what it is and how together through proper education, physicians can change this disease.
