[03:25] Chromium deficiency in the body can lead to diabetes and weight issues - Patients on total parenteral nutrition (TPN) experienced severe chromium deficiencies, which resulted in uncontrollable diabetes. Chromium supplementation reversed the condition. - Chromium deficiency is prevalent in people with metabolic syndrome and is often treated with chromium supplements. - The soil lacks chromium due to the use of NPK fertilizers, causing low chromium levels in crops. - Chromium supplementation has shown anecdotal benefits for blood sugar control and weight management. - Toxic metals in the body interfere with chromium absorption, leading to its wastage.
