In 2022, it was estimated that up to 90% of startups failed within the first 5 years of forming. Against these odds, Dr. Mike Romanos successfully built 3 world-class biotech spinouts. After raising a Series C in his previous startup and 35 years in industry, Mike has joined Imperial as Associate Dean for Enterprise in the Faculty of Medicine.
