Maintaining HVAC systems: Clean and replace filters regularly, and operate the system to meet local building code standards. Using low-VOC products: Choose paints, adhesives, and cleaning products with low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and no fragrances. Storing chemicals properly: Store chemicals in well-ventilated areas, and use them when the building is unoccupied. Testing for mold and fungus: Get your home tested for mold or fungus. Reducing stress: Take regular breaks, and try to reduce stress. Improving lighting: Consider adding more lamps, or using LED or blue lights
