If there is some reason why you cannot go No Contact, you need to have a “plan” in place.
The first thing is to recognize who you are. Not who they say you are, but who you really are. Are you really “selfish,” or “crazy,” or whatever other labels they throw at you? Or is it that you are only “selfish” when they're demanding too much of you? “Crazy” when you react negatively to mistreatment? You know the dynamics best, so you can decide what to do
