Narc Manipulations:
1. Be Mindful / use your intuition to those who show too much affection too quickly - it might be a trap.- Narcs do that
2. If someone makes you doubt your feelings or sanity, it's a control tactic.
3. Don't feel guilty for setting boundaries - it's not your fault.
4. If someone ignores you to control your behavior, it's manipulation.
5. People who always blame others and play the victim are avoiding responsibility.
6. Be wary of promises about the future - it might be a trick to keep you hooked.
7. Backhanded compliments can be hurtful and are a form of manipulation.
8. If someone tries to isolate you from friends and family, it's a red flag.
9. Using money to control or manipulate is wrong.
10. Threats and intimidation are never okay.
11. If someone refuses to talk about issues, it's called stonewalling.
12. Withholding affection or attention is a manipulation tactic.
13. Creating jealousy or competition is a control tactic.
14. Sorry means nothing if there's no change - beware of false apologies.
