Eric Swalwell Accused By Multiple Women of Sexual Assault
Eric Swalwell, a sitting U.S. Congressman and leading California gubernatorial candidate, is facing serious sexual misconduct allegations from over a dozen women, detailed in a bombshell CNN report. The accusations range from unwanted explicit photos sent via Snapchat to claims of rape, with at least one alleged assault occurring in New York City in 2024 while Swalwell had been married for eight years with three young children at home.

Hawk, a retired 28-year trial attorney, walks through the CNN article and the New York Times report revealing that the Manhattan District Attorney has opened a criminal investigation into Swalwell, calling on additional victims to come forward.
