Our old mate Ian Murtagh - a sports journalist who has covered Sunderland for over 40 years - joins us to go over all of our promotions to the top flight that he covered from 1990 right the way through to the present day, looking back at how we did it and how we fared in the following season, and to see if there are any comparisons that we can draw to this season's promotion to the Premier League!
