Major Property Deal in Stamford: A Fourteen-Story Building Sells for $25M
Two New York-based companies, Artimus Constructions two hundred one Broad Stamford LLC and two hundred one Equities LLC, have acquired the Canterbury Green building in downtown Stamford for $25M. The building offers over 300,000 square feet of office and apartment space, including 106 studios and one- and two-bedroom units built in 1986. The sellers, RFR Realty, had owned the two-acre site since 2007.
