A New Jersey-based ownership group, led by Glenn Crooker Senior and Junior, has acquired an industrial warehouse in Danbury for $1.33 million. The 11,040 square foot building at 85 Shelter Rock Road, previously owned by the estate of Marie Plecity, is now in the hands of 85 Shelter Rock LLC. The Crookers, who run Alden Bailey Restoration Corp., plan to clear out the space but have yet to finalize future plans for this prime property.
