An 18-unit apartment building in New Haven, built in 1890, has been sold to a Manhattan investor for $3.05M. The property, located at 850 Grand Avenue, was purchased by Nitsan Ben-Horins LLC through a deed recorded on February 13th. The seller, Edward Roubenis LLC, was represented by Daniel Shawah of Baldwin Pearson and Company in Bridgeport. Webster Bank provided a $2.13M loan to the buying group, facilitating the transaction.
