46-year-old Tomasz Matuszewski from New Britain faces multiple charges, including reckless driving, suspended license, and leading police on a chase, after fleeing a traffic stop in South Windsor last November. Hes also charged with unlawful restraint and reckless endangerment for refusing to let his passenger exit the vehicle. Matuszewski was arrested at Hartford Correctional Center and held on a $250,000 bond. Hes due in court today for arraignment.
