Leading Edge Construction Expands with New Enfield Headquarters
Leading Edge Construction, a family-run business founded in 2020 by Serge and Todd Lessard, has purchased a new headquarters in Enfield for $250,000. The 20,000-square-foot building at 132 Weymouth Road was originally bought by Enfield Omega in 2003 for $1 million but has been vacant since 2018. The sale was delayed due to challenges such as zoning rules, the pandemic, and vandalism. The deal was brokered by Vicki Clark on the buy side and Thom Wilks for the seller. Leading Edge plans to make this their main hub, revitalizing the property.
