35-year-old Hartford man, Rafael Orlando Garcia, sentenced to 5 years in federal prison for trafficking fentanyl and cocaine. Garcia, labeled a major dealer, pleaded guilty to charges of possessing and distributing drugs, including over 40 grams of fentanyl mixed with cocaine. His prior federal conviction led to FBI investigation, resulting in three controlled buys yielding over 500 grams of fentanyl and cocaine.
