Connecticuts DOT closes I-84 to I-91 ramp for bridge repairs from March 23rd to May 29th. Rotha Contracting Company will perform deck repairs, parapet upgrades, and substructure fixes. Drivers should expect detours and extra time in the Hartford area. Project funded by federal dollars, with completion by November 2026.
