Local contractor Stephon Wynter, owner of A-Preferred Roofing and Contracting, has purchased a mixed-use building in Bridgeport for $1.45 million. The 14,038 sq ft property, built in 1917, features retail space and apartments, with 10 tenants currently in place. Wynter plans to renovate the building, which was previously owned by Dolarek the fourth L L C and appraised at $1.22 million.
