West Hartford Police Arrest Suspect in December Armed Robbery
In December 2023, a man robbed a Family Dollar store at gunpoint, fleeing with cash. After a DNA match from the crime scene, detectives arrested 47-year-old David Chaparro from Willimantic, who was already in custody on other charges.
