తెలుగు సాహిత్యంలో వున్న అన్ని సాహితీ ప్రక్రియలలో విశేష కృషి సలిపిన ఆచార్య కొలకలూరి ఇనాక్, గత ఆరు దశాబ్దాలు గా తెలుగు భాషని తన రచనలతో సుసంపన్నం చేస్తున్నారు.
ఆయన సాహితీసేవకు గుర్తింపునిస్తూ, జ్ఞానపీఠ్ సంస్థ, ప్రతిష్టాత్మకమైన ‘మూర్తిదేవి’ అవార్డుతో, కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం వారు ‘పద్మశ్రీ’ పురస్కారం తో ఆయనను సత్కరించడం జరిగింది.
