Nineteen-year-old Jacob John Koob from Hagerstown, Maryland, faces rape and sexual assault charges in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The charges stem from an attack on a juvenile victim in late December 2022. Koob was arrested after text messages and the victims account confirmed the assault. He is currently held in Franklin County Prison and will appear in court on March 3rd.
