Manheim Township Police Seek Publics Help in Tracking Down Scammer: A South Carolina woman, Veronica Anntonette Oliva, is wanted for allegedly scamming a Pennsylvania victim out of $12,000 using a phony arrest warrant. The scammer, posing as Sergeant Dean Mitchell, directed the victim to a Bitcoin ATM, which investigators traced back to Oliva. Shes now wanted on charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
